No. The trainer starts at complete-beginner (A1) level and builds up to B1, with new words introduced gradually alongside spaced review.
Yes — every word, example sentence, and grammar explanation was reviewed and corrected by a Cebuano teacher from Negros Occidental, including details that are easy to get wrong, like the Spanish-derived numbers used for time and money, and irregular verb forms.
The online version runs in your browser after logging in, and saves your progress to your account automatically, so you can switch devices. The offline version is a single downloadable file you keep on your own device — no internet connection needed to use it, and your progress stays stored locally in your browser. Both are included in the same one-time purchase.
It's a single payment of €9 (or ₱650). There is no subscription and no recurring charge — you pay once and keep access for good, including free updates to future versions.

Yes — the free demo includes 30 real words and phrases from the full trainer, no account or payment required.
After registering, we send a confirmation link to the email address you provided. Click it to verify your account — this also helps prevent misuse of your email address.
Use Reset password on the login page. We'll email you a secure link to set a new one.
Because you get immediate access to digital content, and you explicitly confirm this at checkout, the standard 14-day withdrawal right doesn't apply once access is granted (this is normal for digital products, and is explained in full in our Terms & Conditions). If something's genuinely wrong, email us — we'll look at it in good faith.
From your account dashboard, under "Delete account". This permanently removes your login and your saved online progress. It won't remove a copy of the trainer you've already downloaded.
For the offline version, yes — progress is stored locally in that browser, so clearing site data or switching browsers/devices will reset it there. For the online version, no — your progress is saved to your account on our server and will still be there when you log back in.
The trainer teaches Cebuano (Bisaya) with English translations and explanations throughout.
